Terms of Service

Last updated 29 May 2026. These terms govern your use of AnswerBridge. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using AnswerBridge (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

AnswerBridge provides AI voice agents that answer and handle calls on your behalf according to the configuration, scripts and workflows you set. You are responsible for the accuracy of the knowledge and rules you provide.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe rights, or handle calls in a way that misleads callers about the nature of the service. Disclosure that callers are speaking with an AI agent is configured per your obligations; see our AI Transparency Statement.

4. Fees

Fees are based on your plan and usage. Charges are described at sign-up and on your invoices. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies as described on our pricing page.

5. Data

Your data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and your data processing agreement. You retain ownership of your data and the call records generated for you.

6. Liability

The Service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the relevant claim.
