Privacy Policy
Last updated 29 May 2026. We design for regulated industries, so privacy is built in. This explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR.
What we collect
- Account data: name, work email and company details you provide.
- Call data: audio, transcripts and structured outcomes from calls handled on your behalf, processed as your processor.
- Usage data: logs needed to run, secure and improve the Service.
How we use it
To provide the Service, route and resolve calls, meet legal obligations, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal data, and your conversations are not used to train shared public models.
Sensitive data
Payment card details are captured through tokenised, PCI-compliant flows and are redacted from transcripts and logs. Other sensitive fields can be masked according to your configuration.
Retention & residency
We retain call records for the period you configure, then delete them. Data residency controls are available on Enterprise plans.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us.
