We think customers deserve to know when they are speaking with an AI agent, and what it can and cannot do. This is how we keep that honest.
Callers know it’s an AI
AnswerBridge agents disclose that they are an AI assistant in line with your regulatory obligations and good practice. We do not pretend to be a specific named human.
It answers from your knowledge
Agents respond from the documents, scripts and rules you provide. They are constrained to your approved knowledge and do not improvise answers outside it. When they are unsure, they say so and escalate.
A human is always reachable
Every deployment includes escalation rules. Complex, sensitive or out-of-scope calls are handed to a person with full context, so no caller is trapped with a machine.
Accountable and auditable
Every call is logged and transcribed. You can review what was said, measure outcomes, and correct behaviour. We monitor for accuracy and safety, and sensitive data is redacted from records.
