The agent transcribes speech as it happens, handles interruptions and accents, and works out what the caller actually wants rather than matching keywords.
Acting on your truth
It answers only from your approved knowledge, reads and writes to your tools, and follows the workflows you defined. It does not improvise facts.
Knowing when to hand off
When a call falls outside its remit, the agent escalates to the right person with a full summary attached, so the caller never has to repeat themselves.
